Mar y Playa Apartments are located in Figueretas. There is just a row of palm trees which separates the beach from the hotel along the seafront.

There are two blocks of apartments, totally renovated and with air conditioning in 2007. Both have 4 floors and 167 rooms in total, all with balcony at the seafront. Enjoy its brightness and seaview and also wondreful views to Formentera.

Mar y Playa offers 24h reception service, a very nice terrace bar, where our guests can taste a wide range of meals or just have a good time seeing people walking by.Next to the bar there is a swimming pool with solarium . There is also a TV and an entertaining room.
