The hostal is situated in the centre of San Antonio, Obispo Torres, 5, a pedestrian street which is especially quiet at night.

The building has four floors. On the ground floor there is a well-known chinese restaurant called 'Casa China'.
It has 21 double rooms with wooden furniture and attractive upholstery.

Each room has a shower and four of them have baths. The individual balconies give on to the pedestrian street, except seven which look on to a back patio.

Hostal Ferrer is 25 metres from the promenade, 200 metres from the San Antonio beach and 300 metres from the West-End. Everything is within walking distance.
Since they belong to the same family, Hostal Ferrer allows the use of the reception, cafeteria, lounge and swimming-pool of Apartments Casa Maria. The two buildings face each other across the same pedestrian street.
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
